| Hugo Billén |
| Hugo Bilén mustered on the Drottningholm in 1928, at the age of 24, and became Chief Purser in 1937. He served 17 years on the first Gripsholm. Bilén was a successful athlete in his youth. The U.S. Merchant Marine ribbon bars on Hugo Bilén's jacket show that he served on the Gripsholm during WWII. |
